How do I join the Inner Circle?

Joining the SF Inner Circle is easy! To get started, just click any of the “JOIN NOW” buttons. From there you can choose whether you’d like a quarterly or annual Membership.

Can I do the workouts with just Dumbbells?

Absolutely! As soon as you join The Inner Circle you get immediate access to an entire YEAR of our Dumbbell-Only strength training programs.

Can I do the workouts in a fully equipped gym?

Yes, of course! Every month we write brand new strength training programs designed to improve your strength, endurance, flexibility, muscle definition, and more. These programs not only include all of your standard free weights but can also be swapped with any/every machine you have available in your gym.

Will you tell me how many sets and reps to do? And which exercises to perform?

Yup! We don’t expect you to write your own workout programs (that’s why you’re hiring us). We take care of all the guess work for you so all you need to is open the app, hit “start workout” and do what we tell you to do.

Can I easily swap an exercise if I need to?

Yes! If you need to swap an exercise for any reasons whatsoever, all you need to do is hit the “swap” button and you’ll be able to choose a suitable alternative from our pre-determined list of exercises. Every single exercise has numerous substitutions so you’ll never feel lost without another option.

How many times per week are the strength workouts?

You can choose between 3x/week and 4x/week workouts. It’s 100% up to you and what best fits your personal needs, preferences, and goals.

What if I can’t strength train 3 or 4x/week?

No problem whatsoever. You can follow the programs as-written, just simply stretch them out over a longer period of time. So let’s say, for example, you can only strength train 2x/week, you could follow the 4x/week program but do 2 workouts/week. There is no issue with that and many of our Members do it without phenomenal success.

Do you have separate mobility programs? Cardio programs?

Absolutely. We have strength programs, mobility programs, and cardio programs (and we’re always adding more).

Can I pay monthly instead of quarterly or annually?

No, we don’t offer a monthly option. Which we understand might cause us to lose out on your sale. But the truth is we’ve found people who commit for, at least, 3 months see far better results than those who only commit for 1 month.

Can I just pay for the workouts? Or just the nutrition?

No, if you join The Inner Circle you get access to everything. If you don’t join The Inner Circle, you get access to nothing.

Can I pay for NeeNee’s recipe guides separately?

Nope. If you join The Inner Circle you get access to everything. If you don’t join The Inner Circle, you get access to nothing.

Are the workouts personally written just for me?

No, the workouts are not individually designed. As soon as you join The Inner Circle, you get immediate access to all of our strength, mobility, and cardio programs and you get to decide which ones to follow. If you think the workouts stink and don’t work, you can ask for a re-fund within your first 7-days and we’ll send your money right back.

Are the nutrition recommendations customized for me?

Yes! As soon as you join The Inner Circle you will be led through a series of questions that give us the opportunity to customize your calorie, protein, and fiber recommendations. From there, you get to choose which foods you eat (and we’re happy to give you recommendations, including the numerous recipe guides available in The Inner Circle).

What if I don’t like the calorie/protein/fiber guidelines you set for me?

You can manually change them to anything you want. Our recommendations are just that: recommendations. And if you prefer to increase/decrease your numbers, you can easily do that within The Inner Circle App.

Do I need to track my calories?

Absolutely not. While calorie counting is an amazing tool it’s certainly not for everyone. Which is why we have a non-calorie counting option, as well. When you join The Inner Circle, you get to choose if you want to count calories or not. If you choose not to count your calories, your home screen will display our non-calorie counting methodology for your nutrition plan.

How can I get assistance?

You have several options. First: every Monday at 3pm EST Jordan hosts a 60-min LIVE Q&A in which he answer your questions. And every Friday at 3pm EST Susan hosts a 60-min Q&A in which she answers your questions. Second: you can post any/every question you have in our Members-Only FB Group in which you will alway get a helpful response. Third: you can e-mail us and we’ll make sure you have everything you need.

What if I have an issue with the app?

Candidly, you probably will. Because literally every app has issues and, unfortunately, ours does too. With that said, we handle every issue as quickly as humanly possible. So you can either e-mail us directly or hit the “report bug” button within the app and we promise we’ll do everything in our power to fix it ASAP.

How does accountability work in The Inner Circle?

The Inner Circle is not 1-on-1 coaching (which is why it’s so much less expensive than hiring your own coach). With that said, we take accountability very seriously because we know it’s essential for long-term success. With that in mind, many Members use the Members-Only FB Group to post regular (sometimes daily) progress reports and accountability updates. We have also developed our own patented “accountably calendar” that you have access to within your app. This calendar gives you a monthly score to help keep you honest, focused, and accountable (so you don’t give yourself the easy way out and give up altogether). And as always, you can email us if you need more help, guidance, or accountability.
